About The Craig & Rose Artisan Chalk Wash - Blue Ochre - 750ml

Here at RSG, we're proud to present our collection of Craig & Rose Artisan Paints in a Chalk Wash Finish. And this one is bold and beautiful, we're sure you'll agree! Exuding a timeless elegance, this is an alluring dark iron blue mixed with a hint of warm tonal grey to create a beautiful artisan shade that reminds us of an enchanting starry night. Plus, this calming blue really jumps to life when used over Craig & Rose 1829 Chalky White Emulsion Paint to create a delicate chalk wash finish and an utterly dreamy appearance. 

For best results, apply a Craig & Rose 1829 Emulsion Paint 7 days prior to using your chosen chalk wash. Using a wide brush apply your chosen colour in a random motion. Before it's dry, press a large piece of scrunched muslin cloth in a brisk motion quickly and repeatedly over the freshly painted surface in your desired pattern. Take note not to 'stamp' too firmly and make sure to use only dry areas of the cloth as this will prevent the end result from looking patchy. The finish should exude a subtle, broken pattern of colour. Please note, sample pots are not available for this range.
