How do I organise the return of a product from this range?
Simply let us know that you wish to Arrange a Return within 30 days of receipt.

Returns Confirmation & Select Your Delivery Date: Following receipt of your returns request from RSG, you will be telephoned directly by NEXT offering you a collection date. This will indicate that your return process with the NEXT couriers has began.

Confirmation of Collection Date: Once you have accepted your collection date, NEXT will contact you again confirming the date you have chosen. The collection will occur between the hours of 07.30-18.00.

Communication on the Day of Collection: On the day of collection, you will be sent a tracking link by NEXT so that you can anticipate when your driver will arrive.

The driver will also keep in touch with you should there be any slight delays.

On the day of collection the NEXT delivery drivers will:

1. Collect your items for return.

2. The driver will ask you to sign for the collection and take an image of the item to confirm your collection has been successful 

Please note, large furniture collections will require a large vehicle. If you have any property access issues, please call us on 01444 253391 before arranging the collection so that we can ensure everything goes smoothly.

Your Refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Do I need a returns form?
Yes, complete our Arrange a Return form online to advise us which items you would like to return.

Can I return my item to your Warehouse myself?
Yes, you can return your item for free by dropping it off at our Mid-Sussex Warehouse. Please call or email our customer service team on 01444 253391 contact@rockettstgeorge.co.uk to arrange a suitable time for your item(s) to be dropped off.

From the 1st of November 2024, we extend returns until the 14th of January 2025 for Christmas purchases.

Simply let us know that you wish to return an item within 30 days of purchase and then return the item to our Sussex Warehouse. We will then process your refund within 14 days of arrival with us.

If you live outside of the Mainland UK you will need to arrange your own return as we are unable to create collections outside of the Mainland.

Yes, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us. This will be deducted from your refund at the price charged for delivery on your order.

If you live outside of the Mainland UK you will be responsible for the full cost of your return.

Yes, we are happy to arrange a collection for you if you live in the Mainland UK, this is charged at the same rate as the delivery charge for your order. Please click the checkbox on the online returns form letting us know that you would like us to arrange a collection.

Please note that we are unable to arrange any collections outside of the Mainland UK

Yes you can! Use this link to the DPD/Rockett St George Returns Portal to create your return label and locate your local DPD Dropoff Shop. Remember to complete the online returns form and select the 'I will arrange my own return' box.

This service incurs a charge of £4.50. If you want to return furniture or a fragile item you will need to contact us to arrange a collection (see question above).

Yes you can! Our Mid-Sussex based warehouse is open Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays) where you can return your order to us.

We guarantee a refund within 14 days of receipt but this normally happens with in a matter of days.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns after 30 days.

Yes you can, our normal returns policy applies to all sale items.

Yes you can as long as the returned rolls are unopened and in their original condition.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on bedding and throws that have been washed or used. This policy is in place to maintain the highest hygiene standards and ensure that all our products remain in pristine condition for every customer.
