We try as much as possible to send items within our Standard Delivery Charge. However, some products are fragile, heavy or oversized and therefore require specialist carriers or simply require extra insurance. Please note that there is an extra charge this will insure that the product will reach you in perfect condition.
We aim to prevent customer disappointment and offer the best service we can. For those customers who order very fragile items, the cost of delivery in the UK Mainland will range between £30 and £120 depending on the item and where you live. Delivery will NOT be charged at the point of order. Once your order has been processed a Rockett St George Customer Services Representative will email you will a quote at which point you may continue with the order.

Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email our Customer Services Department at services@rockettstgeorge.co.uk immediately so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience.
Although we hope tht you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. Please email us at returns@rockettstgeorge.co.uk let let us know and post the item back within 14 days of receipt to the address below where we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT OFF A REFUND VIA CHEQUE.

Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. Rockett St George cannot be held responsible for any fluxuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
