If you have chosen to use a Pay later option with Paypal, Klarna, Clearpay or shop pay instalments you will need to contact them directly by clicking one of the service providers above to resolve your query

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your payment plan. However, you can contact the plan provider to request an amendment. Paypal, Klarna, Clearpay or shop pay instalments

Usually, you will receive a refund to the payment account you paid with. If there are outstanding payments left on your plan, these are usually reduced by the refunded amount. You can find out more by contacting the relevant provider Paypal, Klarna, Clearpay or shop pay instalments

Yes, A credit check will be performed when applying for a pay later or pay in parts payment plan. This may have an impact on your credit score

If you have paid using a pay later or pay in instalments option, you can still return your order within 30 days of the order date. See our Returns Policy for more information.

If your payment plan has been settled, your refund will be processed to the original payment method which will then process a refund to your account. If you have outstanding payments on your order you will receive a refund of the amount currently paid, any future payments will be cancelled.
