The RSG X Next Delivery Process Explained
What you can expect...
Furniture and Sofa's from the RSG X NEXT collaboration will be delivered by the super efficient NEXT 2 man delivery service.
Order Confirmation & Select Your Delivery Date: Following receipt of your order confirmation email from RSG, you will be contacted directly by NEXT asking you to select a delivery date. This will indicate that your delivery process with the NEXT couriers has began.
Confirmation of Delivery Date: Once you have selected your delivery date, NEXT will contact you again confirming the delivery date you have chosen. The delivery will occur between the hours of 07.30-18.00. Don't worry, you will be given a 2 hour delivery window the day before your requested date.
Communication on the Day of Delivery: On the day of delivery, you will be sent a tracking link by NEXT so that you can anticipate when your delivery will arrive.
The driver will also keep in touch with you should there be any slight delays.
On the day of delivery the NEXT delivery drivers will:
1. Deliver your items to the room of your choice (for sofas or fully assembled items)
2. If you would prefer the drivers to leave your item/s outside (e.g. on your driveway) please just let the drivers know when they arrive and they will be happy to do so.
3. The driver will attach feet to your sofa if required.
4. The driver will remove any packaging if required.
5. The driver will ask you to sign for the delivery and take an image of the item to confirm your delivery or collection has been successful

The RSG X NEXT Returns Process Explained
What you can expect...
We understand that sometimes you would like to return your item. If this is the case please arrange your return by completing the form on the 'Make A Return' page.
Returns Confirmation & Select Your Delivery Date: Following receipt of your returns request from RSG, you will be telephoned directly by NEXT offering you a collection date. This will indicate that your return process with the NEXT couriers has began.
Confirmation of Collection Date: Once you have accepted your collection date, NEXT will contact you again confirming the date you have chosen. The collection will occur between the hours of 07.30-18.00.
Communication on the Day of Collection: On the day of collection, you will be sent a tracking link by NEXT so that you can anticipate when your driver will arrive.
The driver will also keep in touch with you should there be any slight delays.
