You earn 5 points for every £1 you spend with us.

Yes, your points will remain credited to your account for 12 months after your last order. After this time your points will expire.

After you've made a purchase your points will be marked as 'pending' for 30 days after your order date. Once the 30 days is up you'll be able to use your points to redeem money off future orders.

There is no limit to how much you can earn! So, go ahead and earn as many points as you like - happy shopping!

Points are displayed on every product page. When you purchase a product the points are set as 'pending' on your account for 30 days. After 30 days the points will be credited to your account.

You can redeem one voucher per order. Don't worry your other vouchers will remain in your account which you can redeem on your next order(s).

Loyalty vouchers apply to the product(s) you purchase, not delivery costs. For instance, if your basket includes a £35 product, a £5 voucher, and a £3.95 delivery charge, the voucher will deduct from the product value, not the delivery fee.

It can take a few minutes for your points to appear on your account dashboard. We suggest logging out and back into your account and your points should be there. It's easy to do! Simply login to your account and head to the 'Rewards' section under 'My Account'. The dashboard at the top of the page will display how many points you currently have.

Not directly. Please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied at the checkout for money off your order. Please note, only 1 voucher can be redeemed per order.
