It’s official – humans are weird. Anyone who’s ever travelled by Tube (the concept of shuttling back and forth across a city in a big metal capsule is slightly weird in itself) will bear witness to the fact there are some pretty strange sights to be seen. Although the folk depicted in this piece of art seem fairly harmless, this is an observation of mankind as a whole – we're a funny lot, and we applaud May Watson, whose roots are in comedy writing, for calling this out.
The bold colours are a signature of Watson’s work, and alongside the messaging, make this an ideal piece to hang as a talking point, or to brighten a dark corner, at the very least.
